homes.org’s Continuing Growth Spurs Addition of New Officers
 

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL., November 27, 2007 -- homes.org, a leading consumer destination focused on lowering the cost of living for consumers by providing valuable cost savings, information and services, officially announced the addition of Gary Colbert as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Peter Schott, Chief Marketing Officer. 

Gary Colbert brings 25 years of accounting and financial management experience with both private and publicly traded companies.  Mr. Colbert will provide strategic direction for the company nationally.  Prior to joining homes.org, the past four years Mr. Colbert served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Aerosonic Corporation in Clearwater, Florida, a publicly traded (AMEX) company.

Peter Schott has combined experience of over 20 years in marketing and the real estate and venture capital industries.  Mr. Schott has contributed to the success of both start-up and established organizations.  Prior to joining homes.org, he served as First Vice President of ABN AMRO Mortgage, growing consumer direct originations to over $12 billion annually from $2.5 billion in four years.  Following the sale of the mortgage unit to CitiGroup, Mr. Schott was retained to manage the transition of the consumer marketing and e-commerce to CitiMortgage.   

Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Mr. Schott served as Senior Vice President for eResource Capital Group.  Mr. Schott was responsible for the marketing, design and launch of the online start-up mortgage.com and its subsidiaries, serving as Vice President of Marketing from inception through I.P.O. to the eventual acquisition by ABN AMRO.
