Senior Vice President - Strategic Alliances

Mr. Flynn spent 27 years in various roles with AT&T Inc. (NYSE:  T) formerly named SBC Communications.  During his extensive tenure in telecom, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group located at the headquarters in San Antonio and served as Chief Operating Officer and President of SBC- Switzerland.  Mr. Flynn held 2 positions at Cingular Wireless, (currently AT&T Mobility) as Vice President National Distribution in Atlanta and Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast Region in Philadelphia.  Mr. Flynn was also Senior Vice President of Sales for Vonage (NYSE: VG) in 2007.  Since 2007, Mr. Flynn has been President of Flynn Enterprises, a private telecommunications consulting firm.
