| Cathy Lerman is Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Lerman has over 25 years of legal experience in private practice and as in-house counsel for both privately-held and publicly-traded companies. Most recently, Ms. Lerman served as Senior Corporate Counsel for ADP, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary ADP TotalSource. Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE:ADP) is a provider of computerized transaction processing, data communication and information services. ADP TotalSource is a part of Employer Services a division of ADP.
In addition to her experience as a practicing attorney, Ms. Lerman has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami, Nova Law Center and Nova Southeastern University teaching both legal and business courses. Ms. Lerman received her law degree from Nova Law Center, her M.B.A. from Regis University, and her B.A. in English from Old Dominion University. Ms. Lerman is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida Trial Bar, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
